Following the branding, website build and photography project I did for my family's business, Thackerys Cookery School - I've just completed a selection of edits from a recent video shoot.
Thackerys is located in a 350-year-old, Grade 2 listed building in Lewes East Sussex. The cookery school was created to pass on Graham's knowledge and passion as a chef of 40 years. Courses are completely bespoke; run in groups of up to four, and are designed for people who are either already passionate about cooking, or those who want to start cooking amazing food to blow their friends away.
Having already fully re-branded and repositioned them through the new website build and still life food photos; we wanted to produce a series of engaging videos that could be displayed on the website as a banner and a few short videos for use on their social.
Wanting to really capture the essence of their one-day courses, and making as small of a footprint as possible on the course - I established a storyboard that would run alongside the format of the day.
Shot across eight hours - the final result is a two-minute header video and three videos for social.
